Richard is based at our Feilding office. He has practiced for Cooper Rapley since 1975 and was made a partner in 1989.
Richard's clients benefit from the full range of legal services that Cooper Rapley provides, being referred to our wider legal team when necessary.
Richard is very well respected for his dependable and reliable client advice and capacity for hard work. He has extensive knowledge, especially of primary industries, the energy sector and local government issues.
Well known throughout the Manawatu, Wanganui and Wellington, Richard has an extensive network of contacts and interests in commercial, legal and sporting circles. He is actively involved with school boards, sports clubs, charities and Lions Club.
