Roger joined Cooper Rapley in 1994 and was made a partner in the following year.

An experienced legal practitioner with a flair for detail, Roger makes excellent use of Cooper Rapley's well-resourced environment. Roger's clients value his skill at understanding their needs and matching these to an appropriate legal avenue. They also appreciate the success he achieves for them.

Roger strongly believes in community contribution. He is a trustee for the Manawatu Life Education Trust, a Rotarian and involved in sports administration, while also a keen sportsman himself.
