Alexandra Boustridge is a Partner at CR Law specialising in employment law, commercial matters, and dispute resolution in Palmerston North. Strategic Advice - has worked with a number of start-ups, joint business ventures, and other entities to advise on commercial structures and prepare all required documentation including shareholder agreements, lease documentation, HR/employment documents, and more.
