A Partner co-leading CR Law’s Commercial and Property team, Alex is passionate about advising our clients on their commercial objectives. Alex is an expert in company formation, complex property transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, share transfers and regulatory compliance.

Alex also leads our Employment Law team, and advises on all aspects of employment law including restructuring, personal grievances, employment agreements and legislative compliance.

Alex is approachable and personable. She is well known and connected in the community, and sits on the Board of the Manawatu Business Chamber.

Mergers and Acquisitions – Has acted on a number of mergers and acquisitions throughout New Zealand, across a range of industries.
Tertiary/Education - A key legal advisor to one of New Zealand's largest tertiary institutes, including negotiating and completing high profile lease and services arrangements under urgency.
Corporate Advice and Administration - Provides legal advice and company administration services to a number of entities, including the New Zealand subsidiary of a multinational company based in 14 countries.
Employment Advisory - Provides expert practical employment advice to a range of commercial and public clients, some with more than 1000 Employees nationwide, including successfully managing large scale restructures.
Strategic Advice - has worked with a number of start-ups, joint business ventures, and other entities to advise on commercial structures and prepare all required documentation including shareholder agreements, lease documentation, HR/employment documents, and more.
