Junior counsel for regional and territorial consent authorities assisting with direct referral of resource consents for the Mt Munro Wind Farm Project.
Assisting with territorial authority plan changes under the Resource Management Act 1991.
Assisting with various proceedings for the Palmerston North City Council at the Environment and High Court.
Assisting with providing advice for local authority clients (regional and territorial) on legal issues under the Resource Management Act 1991 and Local Government Act 2002, and related legislation.
